Due to the nature of EdwardLab’s offerings, refunds are handled under the following rules.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Software
- Licenses
- Downloadable files
- Private tools or scripts
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
3. Consulting, Support, and Custom Work
Payments for consulting sessions, private support, or custom development are non-refundable once work has begun.
If EdwardLab is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a partial or full refund may be issued at EdwardLab’s discretion.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The product was never delivered due to a technical error on EdwardLab’s side
- Access was not granted after payment and support was unable to resolve it
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
5. Abuse Prevention
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Incompatibility with your environment
- Violations of the Terms of Service
- Attempts to extract value and then request a refund
EdwardLab reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.
